Summary: We loved the house and its location. However, the stay would have been even better if the kitchen had a few more implements and general kitchen equipment. A couple more coffee pods (7) would have been appreciated.

Summary: The location and view is better than you can imagine. Waking up to the most wonderful rolling waves with surfers and fisherman was so peaceful. great cafes nearby. large sunny backyard. couldn't ask for more!

Summary: We stayed at this property the night before and night of our wedding with our parents and bridal party, the views and space was amazing. Our get ready photos are going to look incredible and I would recommend this to everyone for both wedding accommodation and holiday getaway it is located in such a prime location.The property manager Tracey was so helpful and knowledgeable, made check in and check out so seamless.

Summary: Lots of space, perfect location, intricate garden, kind helpful property manager, great communication. The only thing I can think of that would improve things would be to provide a bit more info about what to bring as kitchen is very scantily stocked (salt, pepper, cooking oil, a few coffee pods, sugar sachets and home-brand teabags, nothing else at all) compared with other accommodation that we are used to. The location is brilliant and the gorgeous gorgeous garden made me happy every day.

Summary: We enjoyed our time immensely over the weekend at Black Pearl. View and house setup is excellent and close to shops. Open area is ideal and dining room accommodates to the gorgeous surf vista. Feedback for property management: To make this property more accommodating, maybe make the beds more comfortable (extremely firm/uncomfortable), larger dining room table to accommodate for 10 adults, main road is noisy and light in main bedroom is an issue with many windows. Entrance on stairs glass needs a clean as there are spiders and dirt wedged -something that can easily be fixed by property management. All in all, it was a fantastic weekend, beautiful town and lovely outlook.

Summary: Property was lovely and lived up to the photos. Plenty of room for a group or 2 families. Well set up although we thought the tiny wine glasses and corelle china were a bit cheap for such an elegant property but it did have everything you would need. Close to beach but unfortunately due to flooding rain we weren't able to take advantage of its great location.
